Christmas Eve Dinner for 1 person. An immersion in the charm of Christmas in the hands of Hotel Botanico. The glamour and style of our dinner is more than guaranteed.

 

The menu consists of:

-Red Schrimp Carpaccio with coral emulsion, sweet seaweed powder, fennel and green sprouts

-Diplomatic poultry consommé, crayfish, truffle julienne and chervil

-Apple sorbet with Calvados

-Boneless roasted turkey, stuffed with chestnuts, cranberry sauce and roasted pumpkin ravioli

                                                     or

-Boneless roasted goose in its juices with potato balls, red cabbage sauerkraut and nuts

-Velvety white chocolate hemisphere with mango, yuzu gelee and passion fruit sauce

The dinner will be accompanied by the following wines: 

-White wine: Palestra verdejo D.O. Rueda 

-Red wine: Catillo Mayor Gr. Rva. D.O. Cariñena

 

Dress code: Suit and tie required.
