Christmas Eve Gala Dinner for 1 person. An immersion in the charm of Christmas in the hands of Hotel Botanico. The glamour and style of our dinner is more than guaranteed.

The menu consists of:

-Tiger Prawn with goat cheese and pine nut vinaigrette

-Royal foie gras with boletus mushrooms geleé

-Mandarin sorbet with cava and citric pearls

-Boneless roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing, blueberry sauce and roasted pumpkin

                                                     or

-Boneless roasted goose in its juices with Lombard sauerkraut potatoes and nuts

-Pavlova Tarte filled with vanilla mousse with hints of violet, fresh red fruits and with honey caramelized figs

The dinner will be accompanied by the following wines: 

-White wine: Palestra verdejo D.O. Rueda 100% verdejo

-Red wine: Montecastrillo D.O. Ribera del Duero, 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Dress code: Suit and tie required.
