Yoga retreats

Voucher for 1 person: A 5-day (5-night) stay in a Deluxe Double room on a full board basis with our healthy menus led by The Oriental Spa Garden's team of nutritionists. The dates of the Yoga Retreats for the year 2023 are:

January: from 23rd to 27th.

March: from 6 to 10.

April: 24 to 28.

June: from 12 to 16.

September: from 11 to 15.

November: 6 to 10.

The dates of the Yoga Retreats for the year 2024 are:

January: 22.01 - 26.01.24

March: 11.03 - 15.03.24

May: 06.05 - 10.05.24

July: 08.07 - 12.07.24

September: 16.09 - 20.09.24

November: 25.11 - 29.11.24

Our yoga retreats consist of: 2 yoga classes daily (Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Bhangra Dance) and a daily treatment (Marma Abhyganga, Thai, Yogic Massage, Lomi-Lomi and Anti-stress).
